Job summary

Titleist is seeking an IT Site Administrator to support technology infrastructure at their Fairhaven Headquarters and other locations. In this hands-on role, you will ensure the reliability and performance of desktop, server, and network systems, while collaborating with Technology Services teams.

You will also be responsible for infrastructure projects, hardware and software maintenance, and delivering 24x7 support. A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science and 5 years of technical support experience are required.

Here, your performance has purpose.**What You Will Be Doing**Join our team as an IT Site Administrator and play a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure at our Fairhaven Headquarters and assigned locations. In this hands-on role, you will provide technical support for mission-critical systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of desktop, server, and network environments. Working closely with Technology Services teams, business partners, and external vendors, you will maintain corporate technology standards, coordinate infrastructure projects, install and upgrade hardware and software, and support business continuity initiatives. You will also help implement high-availability solutions, manage change control activities, and provide 24x7 on-call support as needed to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
