Job summary

Acushnet Company seeks an IT Site Administrator to support our Fairhaven Headquarters and assigned locations. You will provide hands-on technical support for mission-critical systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of desktop, server, and network environments.

You will collaborate with Technology Services, business partners, and vendors to maintain standards, coordinate infrastructure projects, and install or upgrade hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• MCSE certification preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Experience supporting desktop, server, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Proven project management skills coordinating multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience installing, upgrading, patching, and maintaining hardware and software.
• Knowledge of backup, security, monitoring and compliance best practices.
• Ability to work with vendors, business partners, and cross-functional technology teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and meeting business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization.
• Willingness to participate in a 24/7 on-call support rotation.

What You Will Be Doing

Join our team as an IT Site Administrator and play a critical role in supporting the technology infrastructure at our Fairhaven Headquarters and assigned locations. In this hands‑on role, you will provide technical support for mission‑critical systems, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of desktop, server, and network environments. Working closely with Technology Services teams, business partners, and external vendors, you will maintain corporate technology standards, coordinate infrastructure projects, install and upgrade hardware and software, and support business continuity initiatives. You will also help implement high‑availability solutions, manage change‑control activities, and provide 24/7 on‑call support as needed to ensure uninterrupted business operations. What You Bring
