Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking an IT site lead for the Cell Therapy manufacturing IT landscape in Bothell, WA. You will own IT architecture, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, ensuring 24/7 operation of critical manufacturing systems with a focus on patch management and regulatory alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MIS and 4+ years in biotech manufacturing IT, with ERP experience (Oracle, SAP) and GDP/GAMP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or MIS is required.
• Experience with Cybersecurity, patching and IT Lifecycle Management in biotech manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and manufacturing regulatory requirements (GDP, GAMP).
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage IT shared landscape across Cell Therapy site IT systems (Network, Servers, HMIs, etc).
• Be the CTF IT Cybersecurity POC and lead system patching efforts.
• Monitor and reduce ServiceNow tickets related to IT Infrastructure.
• Manage spares and inventory for IT Infrastructure.
• Support Disaster Recovery and be main POC during P1/P2 ServiceNow tickets.
• Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operation of manufacturing systems.
