Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related technology or business field, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically requires 6-8 years or more of experience in IT and business processes.
• Experience in IT coordination and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize requests for hardware, software, system access, and user support.
• Coordinate hardware and software installation and configuration for desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and networks.
• Review IT requirements to deliver cost‑effective solutions in conformance with IT standards, policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Act as an escalation contact to help resolve IT service delivery and billing issues.
• Oversee applications, business units, customer service, infrastructure, programs, and service delivery centers.
