Fraser, a Minnesota nonprofit focused on autism, mental health, and disability services, is seeking an IT Service Specialist to provide technical support for staff and devices across Fraser facilities. You will respond to incidents, fulfill service requests, deploy equipment, and contribute to IT projects in a fully onsite environment.

Qualifications

• AA degree in Information Technology or related field, OR coursework leading to completion of an AA degree, OR other relevant training or certifications.
• Two years or more of experience in desktop and systems support within a Microsoft network.
• Valid driver’s license is preferred. Access to reliable transportation and ability to travel independently throughout the metro area within a reasonable amount of time is required.

Responsabilités

• Respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and issues for staff across the organization.
• Receive, process, and fulfill service requests for all departments, including standard changes, security, and access requests.
• Identify and elevate major incidents and assist with problem management, resolution, and documentation.
• Accurately document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and work processes in the service desk management system.
• Image, configure, deploy, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and other technology equipment for new and existing staff.
• Maintain service catalog information for hardware and software across the organization and assist with managing department technology inventory levels.
• Assist with Information Technology projects and organization-wide business initiatives as assigned.
• Support operational and infrastructure-related maintenance and initiatives, including network, telephony, and data center tasks.
• Provide quality assurance, feedback, testing, and documentation for new applications, technology solutions, and process changes as assigned.
• Participate in technical training and contribute to the development and maintenance of process documentation across Information Technology and other organizational departments.

• Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm
• The starting pay for this role is $47,000-$52,000 annually depending on qualifications
