What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell multi-year consulting services in Capital Markets, including offshore, near-shore, and onshore solutions
- Build a robust pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) space
- Forecast, prepare bids, negotiate, and manage the entire sales cycle
- Generate leads and submit proposals utilizing knowledge of Oracle service offerings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have experience with large deals in outsourcing solutions within the Capital Markets sector
- Extensive C-level contacts and experience at a senior level
- Proven track record of successful multi-million dollar Capital Markets services, offshoring, or outsourcing deals
- Current and extensive experience in services and offshoring
- Ability to generate leads and create proposals for clients
