Agency Cybersecurity in the United States is seeking an IT Services Manager to lead a team of 5–10 junior professionals in a fast-growing startup environment. This on-site role in Richmond, VA focuses on people management, operational execution, and service quality across professional services.

You will coach and develop early-career staff, drive process improvements, manage workloads and SLAs, and partner with leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes in a high-growth, in-person culture.

• Managing teams of 5–10 professionals in a professional services setting.
• Experience leading day-to-day delivery of core services.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to coach early-career staff.

Responsabilités

• Directly manage and support a team of 5–10 junior members; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Own day-to-day execution of selected services and workflows; ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Document SOPs and identify improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with account management and leadership; communicate risks and resource needs.
