Allego is a rapidly growing SaaS technology company in the Boston area seeking a Sr. Manager, IT Services to ensure a reliable, secure technology foundation for a global workforce.

The role combines hands‑on execution with strategic direction, owning the corporate IT environment, end‑user tech, SaaS apps, asset management, vendor relationships, IT budgeting, and security governance. You will work across multiple time zones and accommodate non‑Eastern hours, with preferred experience in

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of corporate IT, systems administration, end‑user technology, IT operations, or a related field.
• Experience owning or playing a significant role in IT operations within a SaaS, technology, or similarly sized organization.
• Demonstrated experience working in a cloud‑based/SaaS environment, with Google Workspace experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction and day‑to‑day operation of Allego’s corporate IT environment, including end‑user computing, identity and access management, networking, and related IT services.
• Manage networking and connectivity needs with emphasis on cloud‑first networking and VPN/SSO.
• Ensure timely IT support and coordinate MSP/external partner delivery.
• Administer core SaaS platforms — Google Workspace and OneLogin — day‑to‑day configuration and troubleshooting.
• Oversee IT budgeting, licensing, procurement, and asset management.
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation and support.
• Support cybersecurity, risk, audits, incident response, and disaster recovery.
