Job summary

Revance is seeking an IT Services Analyst to provide timely internal support and issue resolution within our Nashville, TN on-site IT team. This role balances technical troubleshooting with a strong customer-service focus to keep business systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining hardware/software, resolving client/server and VPN issues, and providing after-hours support as needed, reporting to the Associate Director, IT Services & Experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years related IT service experience OR Associate's degree with 4+ years related experience OR high school diploma with 6+ years related experience.
  • Experience providing timely IT support to internal customers.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prioritize, manage, and resolve incoming IT support requests efficiently.
  • Set up, install, maintain and upgrade computer hardware and software components.
  • Resolve client/server, network, VPN, and VOIP issues.
  • Provide after-hours IT support as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining workstations and equipment.

Job Summary:

The IT Services Analyst is a key role within Revance's growing Information Technology organization, requiring a balance of technical and customer service skills. This position is responsible for providing timely support and problem resolution to internal customers on their information technology needs. An overall understanding of quality client service and the instinct to think critically and act strategically are essential for success within our organization.   • Reporting to: Associate Director, IT Services & Experience
  • Location: Nashville, TN On-Site

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:

  • Prioritize, manage, and resolve incoming support requests in an efficient and professional manner so that end users can accomplish business tasks.
  • Set-up, install, maintain and upgrade computer hardware (including desktops, laptops, monitors, printers and other peripheral equipment) and software components, including analysis of user needs and inventory verification.
  • Resolve issues relating to client/server, business Internet connectivity, network connectivity, remote access, VPN configuration, and VOIP-based phone systems.
  • Effectively prioritizing workload to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency.
  • Assisting in the maintenance and up-keep of all computer workstations by keeping them in working order for all employees.
  • Provide after-hours IT support, as needed.
  • Perform other tasks, as directed by IT Manager and project leaders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree & 2 years of directly related experience

OR


  • Associate's degree & 4 years of directly related experience

OR


  • High school diploma / GED & 6 years of directly related experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support with significant PC experience in a client-server environment.
