Job summary

Apogee Engineering is seeking an IT Service Manager to oversee end-to-end IT service delivery supporting NASIC Business Architecture activities. The role emphasizes design, transition, operation, and continual improvement of IT services, with a focus on meeting mission needs. On-site work at Wright-Patterson AFB Dayton, OH is expected.

Required are US citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and ITIL certification. Journeyman requires 3+ years in IT service management with a relevant bachelor’s degree;

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT service lifecycles across design, transition, operation and improvement.
• Implement and monitor incident, problem, change, configuration and SLA management.
• Coordinate with project managers to align IT services with objectives and user needs.
• Analyze service metrics and implement actions to meet availability and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain service management documentation and procedures.
• Provide leadership to staff delivering IT services.
