Job summary

The Apogee Engineering team at Wright Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH is seeking IT Service Managers to oversee end-to-end IT services that support NASIC Business Architecture activities. This role emphasizes service delivery, mission alignment, and continuous improvement.

You will lead incident/problem/change management, coordinate with program managers, and develop service documentation while guiding support personnel. U.S. citizenship, TS/SCI clearance, and ITIL certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end IT service lifecycles (design, transition, operation, improvement).
• Implement and monitor IT service management processes (incident, problem, change, configuration, SLA).
• Coordinate with project managers to align IT services with program objectives and user requirements.
• Analyze service performance metrics and drive corrective actions for availability and quality targets.
• Develop and maintain service management documentation and procedures.
• Provide leadership to support personnel delivering IT services.
