Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to provide first-level support for Penske PC users in corporate and field locations. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with teams to resolve problems, ensuring timely responses and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of Windows 10/Office 365, and a willingness to travel as needed. This full-time position is based in Reading, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (technical preferred).
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Knowledge of Windows 10, Edge, Chrome, and Office 365 is essential.
• Knowledge of printers in Windows environments is required.
• Basic understanding of VDI and network connectivity is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level troubleshooting to resolve Penske system support issues for corporate and field users via phone and remote tools.
• Work on special projects and laptop software configuration.
• Log all support calls into the tracking system.
• Coordinate with programming staff to report software issues.
• Follow up with callers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
