Job summary

AnewHealth is seeking an IT Service Desk Associate to deliver first-level support for ExactCare associates and production pharmacy staff. The role is based in Lewisville, TX, requiring troubleshooting, hardware/software fixes, and strong documentation of issues and resolutions.

You will handle calls, chats, and emails, provide remote assistance, and ensure adherence to security practices while maintaining excellent customer service and teamwork with IT management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of related IT support experience with troubleshooting, networking basics, active directory, and mobile devices.
• Certifications: A+ and Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide front line technical support to employees via calls, chat, email, and remote support.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment following specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues using knowledgebase and documentation for escalation when needed.
• Document issues and resolutions for tracking and audits.
• Escalate to Tier 2 as required and assist with security practices across systems.
