Job summary

Vista Global Solutions, LLC is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist to support the USAFA contract from Colorado. You will manage incidents, service requests, and the IT Service Desk queue, provide frontline user support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, and ensure SLAs are met while coordinating with DHA Global Service Center.

The role requires Security+ certification and at least 2 years as a project administrator in IT, excellent verbal communication, and the ability to pass a

Qualifications

• Security+ certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as a project administrator in IT.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with professional demeanor.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment.
• U.S. citizenship or ability to obtain citizenship.
• Ability to pass a government background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets (incidents, cases, requests) for the Site.
• Answer IT support calls and respond to questions.
• Direct calls that do not belong to the Site back to Tier 1.
• Manage the IT Service Desk queue and SLAs for the location.
• Support local assets, new technology acquisition, and lifecycle management for hardware.
• Follow DHA procedures to request and obtain software licenses.
• Provide hardware support, including on-site touch-labor and installation.
