Job summary

Bloom Healthcare seeks an experienced IT Service Desk Lead to support our growing technology environment. This on-site role in Lakewood, CO covers day-to-day IT service desk operations, hardware/software issues, Microsoft 365 administration, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot thoughtfully, improve processes, mentor junior staff, and manage IT projects end-to-end with strong judgment and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT support or service desk experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Lead resource for IT service desk tickets, triage, resolution, and escalation.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, access, and productivity tools.
• Support laptops, mobile devices, printers, browsers, and OS.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenant functions and security settings.
• Manage identity and access, MFA, password resets, and provisioning.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs to resolve issues and drive improvements.
• Maintain device inventory, onboarding/offboarding, and lifecycle planning.
• Define service desk processes, SLAs, escalation paths, and user comms.
• Mentor junior staff and lead IT projects from rollout to completion.
