Encova Insurance is offering a Summer 2027 Internship Program for an Intern, Service Desk Analyst at our Columbus, OH or Charleston, WV locations. This full-time summer internship requires 40 hours per week with a hybrid schedule in office some days each week. You must be enrolled and have completed at least 60 credit hours with an accredited college or university.

Pay is $22.00 per hour. The Intern will be exposed to Service Desk operations, UNIX/Storage/Network/Server administration, IT asset

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Preference for MIS or Computer Science majors.

Responsabilités

• Assist with Service Desk operations, including phone, in-person, and ticketing system interactions.
• Support hardware/software installation, issue-tracking, and problem-resolution tasks.
• Triaging incidents, documenting interactions, and following up with users.
