Rooms To Go in the United States is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to provide first-level IT support for store, manufacturing, distribution, and corporate teams as well as remote users.

You will troubleshoot issues, prioritize tasks, and act as a primary contact for internal staff, contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented environment with extensive training and benefits.

Rooms To Go is currently in search of a Helpdesk Analyst with a passion for excellence and the desire to provide outstanding customer service! What You'll Be Doing

• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support to the internal organization as the main point of contact for IT support needs

What We're Looking For

• An aptitude for working with applications/systems to undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of staff issues, which may range from straightforward to more complicated technical issues.
• Ability to prioritize, rapidly move from one task to another, and multi-task to satisfy the customer's immediate needs
