Job summary

Bellwether Community Credit Union in Manchester, NH seeks an IT Help Desk & Service Delivery Supervisor to partner with the IT Manager, prioritize requests, and drive measurable service improvements. You’ll manage the IT ticketing system, support employee endpoints, and maintain accurate asset records.

You’ll oversee daily Help Desk operations, triage and escalate tickets, deploy and troubleshoot desktops and software, and produce reports on SLA compliance and trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with IT coursework or 2+ years in IT service delivery.
• Working knowledge of ITSM practices (ITIL).
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

• Own Help Desk Operations with ticket prioritization and incident handling.
• Manage ITSM/ticketing platform configurations and reporting.
• Provide hands-on support for desktops, endpoints, hardware and software.
• Oversee IT asset management and lifecycle records.
• Document processes and collaborate with IT teammates for improvements.
