Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in IT service management, preferably in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience leading IT service management in a complex environment.
• ITIL v3, v2011, or v4 Foundation Certification preferred.
• Ability to translate ITIL principles into practice.
