The position requires a strong background in IT management, strategic planning, and vendor coordination, with a focus on delivering reliable infrastructure and IT services for residents and departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ten (10) years of work experience in Information Technology within a complex information systems environment.
• Four (4) years in a managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic plans and priorities for the assigned section and operational areas.
• Oversees budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation to meet objectives.
• Directs day-to-day activities and ensures adherence to processes and timelines.
• Supervises staff and provides performance management and coaching.
• Ensures quality assurance and alignment with county standards and regulations.
