Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the State Board.
• 9 years of related work experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assures compliance with project schedule and submittal of documents.
• Reviews utilities designs and coordinates water, sewer, and drainage projects.
• Supervises planning and development of utilities, roads, bridges, and drainage.
• Coordinates Special Assessment Districts and public meetings.
• Reviews land development matters for conformance with ordinances.
• Oversees vertical design and construction from start to finish.
