Job description

We’re supporting a team that handles secure digital asset exchanges enabling customers to securely access and use a wide range of enterprise-level services.

This role is a great fit for someone with a background in IT support, Help Desk, or Network Operations with a focus on cybersecurity. You’ll be coordinating secure data exchanges with clients around the world, ensuring strict compliance with security protocols while using a suite of internal tools (training will be provided).

What You’ll Be Doing :

Manage ongoing cryptographic exchanges (up to 30 at a time) via email, phone, and internal portal

Support the secure transfer and lifecycle of cryptographic keys

Help maintain digital security standards for features like PINs, EMV chips, and contactless payments

Collaborate on new security service rollouts and process improvements

Act as a technical liaison to both internal teams and external clients

Ideal Candidate :

Strong foundational knowledge of cryptography, including symmetric and asymmetric key concepts

Comfortable using tools like OpenSSL

Quick learner with the ability to work independently within a structured environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Background in IT security or payment systems is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
