Job summary

OCC in Chicago seeks a cybersecurity and IT risk professional to join the Corporate Risk team. You will support risk assessments across IT and Security, collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit, and help strengthen risk governance aligned with OCC strategy.

The role demands strong knowledge of IT risk, cybersecurity, and regulatory expectations, with opportunities to shape risk identification, reporting, and data analytics using tools like Archer, Tableau, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or equivalent.
• 3+ years in enterprise risk, cybersecurity, IT audit, or security risk.
• Experience with IT and Security risk assessment processes and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit on risk identification.
• Lead IT/Security risk assessment processes and verify framework alignment (NIST/COBIT/ISO).
• Maintain risk inventories, taxonomies, and related governance artifacts.
• Generate Archer data reports for regulators and stakeholders.
• Drive automation of IT & Security risk oversight using data analytics.
• Communicate results to governance committees and business owners.
