Job summary
The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) is seeking an experienced Operational Risk professional to lead IT and Security risk assessments, aligning to NIST and COBIT, and supporting AI governance initiatives. You'll collaborate with IT, Security, TPRM, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit to strengthen risk management across the organization.
Responsibilities include risk intake leadership for IT, Security and business risks, maintaining risk inventories, and ensuring consistent application of
Qualifications
- Experience conducting IT and security risk assessments using NIST/COBIT
- Ability to map risk to regulatory expectations and frameworks
- Strong collaboration across IT, Security, Legal, Compliance, and Audit
Responsibilities
- Lead IT and Security risk intake and assessment processes.
- Maintain risk inventories, taxonomies, and control mappings.
- Apply risk management standards across process, risk, and control domains.
- Communicate assessment results to governance committees and leadership.
- Support AI governance risk protocols and continuous monitoring.
