Job summary

The Options Clearing Corporation is seeking an experienced risk professional to support IT and Security risk assessment, control design, and governance. You will partner with IT, Security, Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit to strengthen risk identification, assessment, and reporting across the organization.

You will lead risk identification efforts, align with frameworks such as NIST/COBIT/ISO, generate regulator-ready Archer data, and help automate risk oversight using analytics, all while

Qualifications

• Advanced understanding of IT risk and Security risk including cybersecurity and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with evolving cybersecurity landscape impacting CCPs.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor and provide effective challenge.
• Creative, independent thinker with initiative to develop ideas.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in regulated environments and with cloud migrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across IT, Security, TPRM, Legal, Compliance and Internal Audit to strengthen IT and Security risk management.
• Lead IT/Security risk identification and assessment and verify framework alignment (NIST/COBIT/ISO).
• Drive adherence to risk identification methodologies and standards.
• Maintain risk inventories, taxonomies, and control-related artifacts.
• Lead IT and Security risk assessment processes aligned to regulatory expectations.
• Generate Archer data reports for regulators and stakeholders.
• Help automate IT & Security risk oversight through data analytics.
• Communicate risk assessment results to governance committees and leadership.
• Support enhancement of risk program methodologies, policies, and procedures.
• Track findings and issues from Enterprise Risk Assessment.
