Juicebox is hiring an IT Security & Operations Manager to build the IT foundation, access controls, and compliance as the first dedicated IT hire. You’ll scale from scratch, own identity management, device management, and provisioning workflows while partnering with Security, Engineering, and business teams.

You’ll implement foundational systems like Okta, strengthen access controls, and introduce AI-powered IT tooling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT/Sys Admin experience in startups or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on IAM, provisioning, SaaS administration, and device management.
• Familiarity with security/compliance programs and tools such as Vanta.
• Builder mentality with ability to implement new systems from scratch and partner with teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and administration of IAM systems, including Okta.
• Design and own provisioning workflows across Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zoom, and other apps.
• Evaluate, select, and implement new IT/AI-powered tooling to boost efficiency and experience.
• Support compliance initiatives and audits with strong access governance and docs.
• Build and manage an IT ticketing and support function.
• Be the main point of contact for employee IT requests and troubleshooting.

About the Role

We're hiring an IT Security & Operations Manager to build and scale the foundation of IT, access management, and compliance at Juicebox. Today, IT is highly collaborative but decentralized — provisioning, troubleshooting, and system ownership are spread across multiple teams. As our first dedicated IT hire, you'll establish the systems, processes, and infrastructure that allow us to scale securely and efficiently. This is a highly hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building from scratch. You'll own identity and access management, device management, provisioning workflows, and IT operations while partnering closely with Security, Engineering, and business teams. You'll play a critical role in helping Juicebox mature its security and compliance posture by implementing foundational systems such as Okta, improving access controls across the company, and introducing modern AI-powered IT tooling. You'll have significant influence over the tools we adopt, the processes we build, and how IT operates as we scale.

You Will…

• Lead the implementation and administration of identity and access management systems, including Okta
• Design and own employee provisioning and deprovisioning workflows across core business systems - such as Google Workspace, HubSpot, Zoom, and other business-critical applications
• Evaluate, select, and implement new IT and AI-powered tooling to improve efficiency and employee experience (Serval, Console)
• Support compliance initiatives and audits through strong access governance and documentation practices
• Build and manage an IT ticketing and support function
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee IT requests and troubleshooting

You Have…

• 2+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, or a related role, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment
• Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms (Okta preferred), employee provisioning, SaaS administration, and device management
• Familiarity with security and compliance programs, including tools such as Vanta or similar compliance platforms
• A builder mentality with strong operational instincts—comfortable implementing new systems from scratch, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with stakeholders across the business
