Job summary

Juicebox App, Inc. is seeking a Growth Product Lead to propel organic and product‑led growth for our self‑serve platform. You will partner with product and engineering to design experiments, deploy growth initiatives, and optimize key self‑serve metrics.

You will own end‑to‑end growth experiments, collaborations across teams, and lifecycle campaigns to lift activation, retention, and referrals while shaping our growth loop strategy in a fast‑growing AI SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in growth at a SaaS company (B2B or B2C).
• Experience with product-led growth or growth experiments.
• Comfort with product and user data.
• Ability to read/write SQL or interpret queries.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re hiring a Growth Product Lead to help drive Juicebox’s organic and product-led growth initiatives.

A significant portion of Juicebox revenue already comes from our self-serve product motion. As one of our first Growth hires, you will support that channel by running experiments, assisting with lifecycle marketing, and helping build user-driven growth loops.

You’ll work closely across product and engineering to help design experiments, launch initiatives, and drive measurable growth.

Your focus will be on executing initiatives that move key self-serve metrics.

You Will…

• Support self-serve revenue growth initiatives


• Help design and execute organic and product-led growth experiments


• Drive increases in user invitations and product-driven adoption


• Improve onboarding, activation, and referral flows


• Run experiments to improve self-serve acquisition, retention, and reactivation


• Help launch lifecycle campaigns across email, product messaging, and promotions


• Analyze product usage and growth metrics to surface opportunities


• Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ship growth experiments

You Have…

• 2+ years working on growth at a B2B or B2C SaaS company (4+ preferred)


• Experience with product-led growth or growth experimentation


• Comfort working with product and user data


• Ability to read or write SQL queries (or interpret them)


• Strong ownership mentality and ability to run experiments end-to-end


• High EQ and ability to collaborate across teams to ship initiatives
