Job summary

The Driskill, a luxury hotel in the Hyatt portfolio, seeks a Manager of Information Technology and Security to lead IT and security under a single operating model. You will safeguard guests, staff, and assets while ensuring reliable, secure technology and guest experiences.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will direct security operations, IT infrastructure, incident investigations, and cybersecurity initiatives, partnering with hotel leadership and corporate teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, security management, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum five years in hotel operations, IT or security with supervisory experience.
• Hospitality industry experience preferred in luxury settings.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure, access control, CCTV, emergency management, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven budgets, vendor management, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT and security departments with clear priorities and service expectations.
• Direct day-to-day security operations, access control, CCTV, and incident documentation.
• Own emergency preparedness, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee IT operations: network, telecommunications, PMS, POS, guest technology.
• Drive cybersecurity awareness, data protection, and compliance.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and vendor performance.
• Develop colleagues and foster a culture of service and safety.
• Communicate risk, incident status, and technology availability to leadership.
