Job summary

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC seeks an accomplished Director of Information Technology to lead IT infrastructure, help desk, and security across the firm. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, regulatory compliance, and strategic direction reporting to the CIO.

The ideal candidate will oversee enterprise networks, cloud and hybrid environments, and vendor relationships, while guiding security programs, incident response, and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, or related field.
• 7+ years' IT operations and security experience with degree (or 13+ years without degree).
• Expertise in IT security principles, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with NYDFS, GLBA, NIST CSF 2.0, PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001 frameworks.
• Experience securing Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructures.
• Strong network experience in enterprise networks.
• Excellent communication with leadership and staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable network infrastructure.
• Mentor admins and manage performance and development.
• Lead security policies, compliance, and incident response programs.
• Oversee projects, dashboards, and vendor relationships for IT services.
• Ensure ongoing audits, testing, and documentation.
• Support IT strategy with CIO and align with business goals.
