Kairos Power is seeking an IT Security Analyst II to strengthen security, monitoring, and compliance across our hybrid corporate IT environment. The role performs security monitoring, incident response, policy administration, and regulatory compliance activities within established cybersecurity programs, collaborating with IT and external partners.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Hands-on security operations in a medium/enterprise environment.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 27001 or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor networks, systems, cloud platforms, and SaaS apps for security incidents.
• Onboard IT systems into the enterprise SIEM and validate log collection.
• Investigate alerts from SIEM, EDR, firewalls, IAM, and MFA.
• Coordinate containment and remediation of incidents with IT teams.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, analysis, prioritization and remediation tracking.
• Maintain security policy compliance and evidence documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs for security activities.
• Produce security metrics and remediation progress reports.
