Job summary

Wisetack is seeking a responsible IT specialist to empower employees with secure, compliant IT solutions. You will own access management for core systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira) and work with our MSP to keep hardware and helpdesk running smoothly.

Bring experience with PCI, SOC2, HIPAA, and identity solutions. You will help drive secure, scalable IT practices across a growing fintech team while collaborating with DevOps and Security engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom in a corporate setting.
• Experience using MDM solutions, preferably with Apple devices.
• Familiarity with PCI, SOC2, HIPAA compliance.
• Experience with IT support and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira Service Management).
• Experience managing Identity solutions (Okta, SSO/SAML).
• Familiarity with IT Service Management best practices and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Own management of access to corporate systems (Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, 1Password) and perform regular access audits.
• Partner with IT MSP to ensure smooth helpdesk operations and hardware management.
• Monitor SOC2 compliance and drive timely issue resolution.
• Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to deploy secure, efficient IT solutions.
• Continuously improve technology selection, procurement, rollout, and stakeholder coordination.
