Northwood Space, a modern space infrastructure company, seeks an Identity & Endpoint Security Engineer to own Okta and identity architecture across hybrid environments. You will enforce least-privilege access, manage MFA, and integrate identity controls with cloud and on-prem systems.

The role requires deep Okta expertise, SSO protocols, and a focus on CMMC/NIST-based controls, ITAR considerations, and secure access for government workloads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience with Okta in production environments.
• Deep Okta expertise: SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, Workflows, and SIEM integration.
• Strong RBAC, entitlement reviews, and access certification experience.

Responsibilities

• Own Northwood's Okta environment end-to-end, including MFA policy enforcement and directory synchronization.
• Design and maintain SSO architecture for corporate and government-facing apps.
• Implement RBAC frameworks and entitlement reviews to meet compliance like CMMC 2 and ITAR.
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure identity controls integrate with endpoint management and SIEM.
