Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Manager, IT Risk Governance & Assessment to lead foundational activities that strengthen IT risk management across the enterprise. You will shape policies, standards, and control documentation while guiding a team and communicating with senior leaders.

You’ll partner with business and technology leaders to identify risks, translate regulatory requirements into practical governance actions, and drive continuous improvement in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years in IT risk management or cybersecurity within a regulated financial services setting.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical policies and controls.
• Strong analytical skills and experience guiding teams through risk assessments.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and enhance IT risk policies, standards, and control frameworks.
• Own and maintain enterprise IT Control Library and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Lead enterprise-wide risk identification and assessment efforts to uncover gaps.
• Use incident learnings to strengthen controls and risk posture.
• Manage and develop direct reports and matrix resources.
• Build partnerships with senior executives and communicate credible recommendations.
• Collaborate with control execution, governance, audit, and compliance teams.
