Job summary

BCMC is seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support a U.S. Government mission in Arlington, TX.

The role focuses on identifying use cases, gathering requirements, and coordinating stakeholders for technology integration initiatives that meet mission goals and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities include leading workshops, translating pain points into technology needs, and developing business cases for technology insertions while ensuring clear exit/transition decisions and governance

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and an active security clearance are required or achievable.
5+ years as a business analyst or requirements analyst with strong documentation skills.
Experience translating mission pain points into technology requirements.
Ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability.
Experience with use cases and user stories, plus metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

Lead use case identification and prioritization with mission stakeholders.
Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings.
Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements.
Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions.
Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilots.
Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders.

Job description

BCMC is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. We are seeking an IT Requirements Manager to support this critical customer mission.

The Requirements Manager will facilitate use case identification, requirements gathering, and stakeholder coordination for technology integration initiatives. This role ensures technology insertions align with mission goals, operational priorities, and measurable outcomes while managing stakeholder expectations and communication.

Responsibilities

Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings

Required Skills

5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
Experience with use case development and user story creation
Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project coordination and tracking
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Education
