Job description

BCMC is supporting a U.S. Government customer to provide support for onsite incident response to civilian Government agencies and critical asset owners who experience cyber-attacks, providing immediate investigation and resolution. Contract personnel perform investigations to characterize the severity of breaches, develop mitigation plans, and assist with the restoration of services. We are seeking a Business Analyst to support this critical customer mission.

Responsibilities
  • Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders
  • Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and coordination meetings
  • Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements
  • Develop business cases and value propositions for technology insertions
  • Define measurable objectives and success criteria for pilot initiatives
  • Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders
  • Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation
  • Support governance review processes with business impact analysis
  • Develop metrics frameworks for measuring pilot and production outcomes
  • Create stakeholder communications and status reports
  • Manage requirements traceability throughout integration lifecycle
  • Support leadership alignment activities with briefings and documentation
  • Facilitate lessons learned and continuous improvement processes
  • Ensure pilot scope discipline and clear exit/transition decisions
Required Skills
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Active DoD Secret; TS/SCI preferred
  • Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Experience with use case development and user story creation
  • Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with project coordination and tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques

Required Education

BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree; or HS Diploma and 7+ years of directly relevant experience
