Job summary

The Red Gate Group is seeking an experienced Customer Advocate to support the DIA CIO. The role serves as the primary DIA customer facing representative and leads IT requirements collection, coordination, and service fulfillment for mission-critical IT services.

You will migrate activities to ensure reliable IT services, partnering with customers to achieve their objectives. On-site work in VA with travel as needed, requiring TS/SCI clearance and deep experience in government-level IT support.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance; CI Poly preferred.
• Over 12 years of relevant analysis experience, including recent work.
• Master's degree in a field related to the labor category from an accredited college or university.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main POC for the CO, COR, TPOC, and Government management while coordinating with external customers.
• Educate, advise, and document IT requirements in collaboration with customers.
• Coordinate internally across CIO from requirement origination to final fulfillment.
