WOOD Federal Solutions in Fort Meade, MD is seeking a Requirements Analyst Level 2 to translate customer needs into clear requirements and enable teams to build the right IT solutions.

You will bridge communication between customers and implementation teams, support planning and cost estimation, ensure documentation quality, and drive mission-focused programs forward with strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Two years of experience in requirement gathering or similar scope in Federal Government or Intelligence Community.
• Basic knowledge of requirements management, elicitation, and information technology.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from customers and analyze IT needs.
• Interface with IT professionals to produce, store, communicate, and disseminate information on software and hardware.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and implementation organizations.
• Contribute to IT program/project efforts by validating, tracking, eliciting, and documenting requirements.
• Report on technical progress, identify resolutions, and review documentation.
