Themis Insight, LLC. is hiring a Requirements Analyst (IT) to support IT customers around Fort Meade, MD. The role focuses on eliciting and analyzing IT requirements, interfacing with IT professionals, and delivering clear, traceable documentation for programs across government and civilian domains.

Required: TS/SCI with a Polygraph. Expect involvement in meetings with service providers, cost estimation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years experience in requirement gathering or similar scope within the Federal Government or Intelligence Community.
• Knowledge of requirements management and elicitation is desirable.
• Ability to interface with IT professionals and document requirements clearly.
