Job summary

Yusen Logistics Americas Inc. is seeking an IT Reporting Analyst I to design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports, warehouse labels, and routing configurations for the Manhattan SCALE WMS.

You will collaborate with warehouse operations and customers, gather requirements, and ensure accurate data delivery. Under guidance from a senior analyst, you will grow toward full ownership of the reporting and label environment, participate in Agile ceremonies, and follow DevOps practices across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field
• 1+ years experience in report development, data analysis, SQL development, or similar
• Strong SQL and relational DB knowledge (MS SQL Server)
• Experience with SSRS or comparable tool
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum backlog and sprints
• Familiarity with Git or other VCS including branching and PRs
• Experience gathering requirements and testing deliverables
• Strong written communication and documentation skills
• Proficiency with standard office apps

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, and maintain SSRS reports and data sources
• Develop and maintain warehouse labels and routing configurations for WMS
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
• Maintain reporting/label infrastructure, scheduling, and subscriptions
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and resolve discrepancies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and manage work items in Azure DevOps
• Use version control to manage source files across DEV/QA/UAT/Production
• Support UAT and customer go-lives and document fixes
• Assist with administration of reporting-related server apps and data sources
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements
• Document solutions and SOPs to build knowledge base
