Job summary

Droisys is seeking an IT Release Manager to lead the release lifecycle from planning to execution in a 5-days-onsite Denver setting. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams, mitigating risks, and ensuring deployments proceed with minimal disruption to production environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in release management and hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, along with excellent stakeholder communication skills to keep stakeholders informed throughout

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in release management or software deployment.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the release lifecycle to ensure releases are well-planned and coordinated.
• Manages the deployment of software releases with minimal production disruption.

Job Title: IT Release Manager

Location: Denver, CO (5 days onsite in a week)

Job Description:

• Release Manager roles & responsibilities with some technical background
• Understand how code gets packaged, use Pipelines to push code to different lower environments, basic troubleshooting etc
• Planning and Coordination: Oversees the entire release lifecycle, ensuring that software releases are well-planned and coordinated.
• Execution: Manages the smooth and efficient deployment of software releases with minimal disruption to production environments.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Works closely with various teams to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the release process.
• Risk Mitigation: Identifies and addresses potential risks to prevent issues during deployment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Keeps stakeholders informed of progress and any significant updates related to the release.
