Hello Everyone,

Greeting!

We are hiring for the position of IT Recruiter at ORCAPOD. This is a permanent work-from-home opportunity with immediate joiners preferred.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good experience in IT Recruitment, including niche IT skills, SAP Modules, Oracle, Cloud technology, ERP, Full Stack Development, Java, C++, Dot Net, DevOps, and more.
• Experience in recruitment of C2H and permanent hiring.
• Mostly, candidates with 3 to 8 years of experience in a consultancy background are preferred.
• Females with a career break of 1 to 2 years are welcome.

Job Details:

• Office timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday off).
• Salary: ₹14,000 to ₹25,000 + incentives, mobile reimbursement, and permanent work from home. Salary and designation depend on experience and will be finalized after the 2nd interview round.

• Deep knowledge & experience in screening, mass mailing, job posting, sourcing, and end-to-end recruitment.
• Good communication skills.
