Qualifications

• 1–4 years of IT recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Knowledge of US work visa categories (OPT, CPT, H1B) and related compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified IT candidates via Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate submissions and interview schedules.
• Assist onboarding for candidates with OPT, CPT, H1B and other work authorizations; ensure documentation/compliance.
• Maintain regular communication with employees/consultants and build pipelines via referrals.
• Support recruiting and sales teams by identifying potential candidates quickly and improving hiring turnaround times.
