Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is looking for an IT Purchasing Specialist to support operations across our North American footprint.

This is an on-site position located at 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about technology and ready to contribute to our team.

Position Responsibilities

• Purchase internal IT products and services to support business operations.
• Create and place purchase orders, expediting deliveries on select products.
• Send requests for internal approval to key stakeholders.
• Complete reports and special projects.
• Maintain knowledge of IT procurement, contracts, and purchasing processes.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
• Relevant work experience in IT procurement or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
