Job summary

GXA is seeking a Provisioning Technician - Level 1 in Richardson, Texas. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience with Windows and Apple hardware and software. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set up hardware and install and configure software and drivers.
• Perform regular upgrades to ensure systems remain updated.
• Troubleshoot and repair computer systems for optimal performance.
• Respond to assigned work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
