The candidate will manage multiple projects, applying Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong business acumen to drive successful outcomes for clients in a hybrid working arrangement (Remote/Washington, DC).

Responsibilities

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our team. This role requires workload planning, proposal preparation, budgeting, team management, and client consultation, with a strong understanding of business practices. The Project Manager will ensure successful project execution, meet client requirements, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Note: To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active secret security clearance is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage workload requirements to meet project deliverables and client expectations
• Develop and present detailed technical and pricing proposals for clients
• Oversee project invoicing and ensure accuracy and timely submission

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical discipline
• Education Substitutions:
  • Advanced degree with at least three (3) years of relevant experience
  • Associate degree or at least two (2) years of college with 10 years of project management experience

Experience

• At least seven (7) years of experience in managing IT projects and tasks
• Strong leadership and organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP)

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Expertise in preparing technical and pricing proposals
• Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and technical teams effectively
• Ability to manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectivelyKnowledge of IT systems, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and related technologies
