Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned IT Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end Supply Chain IT initiatives within the Lead-to-Cash program. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across the full lifecycle, coordinating with migration, data, and integration teams to deliver large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities include driving stand-ups, planning, status reporting, and governance, while managing vendors and SI partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
8+ years of IT project or program management experience
5+ years leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional delivery
Experience delivering Supply Chain, ERP, or Lead-to-Cash/order management platform implementations or migrations, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce CPQ, or equivalent
Experience managing third-party suppliers and systems integrators, including onshore/offshore delivery models across multiple time zones
Track record delivering large-scale transformation, M&A integration, or legacy system consolidation programs
Strong project management disciplines, including planning, estimating, dependency management, critical path, change control, and financial tracking
Fluency in Agile and hybrid/waterfall delivery methods
Working knowledge of Supply Chain and L2C processes, including quote-to-order, order management, fulfillment, logistics, and supplier onboarding
Understanding of enterprise integration concepts, including APIs, middleware, data migration, and master data
Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence, and Power BI
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across business, IT, and partner teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility, rapidly changing environment
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM), or SAFe certification preferred
