Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned IT Project/Program Manager to lead end-to-end Supply Chain IT initiatives within the Lead-to-Cash program. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and resources across the full lifecycle, coordinating with migration, data, and integration teams to deliver large-scale transformations.

Responsibilities include driving stand-ups, planning, status reporting, and governance, while managing vendors and SI partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
  • 8+ years of IT project or program management experience
  • 5+ years leading enterprise-scale, cross-functional delivery
  • Experience delivering Supply Chain, ERP, or Lead-to-Cash/order management platform implementations or migrations, such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce CPQ, or equivalent
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and systems integrators, including onshore/offshore delivery models across multiple time zones
  • Track record delivering large-scale transformation, M&A integration, or legacy system consolidation programs
  • Strong project management disciplines, including planning, estimating, dependency management, critical path, change control, and financial tracking
  • Fluency in Agile and hybrid/waterfall delivery methods
  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain and L2C processes, including quote-to-order, order management, fulfillment, logistics, and supplier onboarding
  • Understanding of enterprise integration concepts, including APIs, middleware, data migration, and master data
  • Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project, Confluence, and Power BI
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across business, IT, and partner teams
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-visibility, rapidly changing environment
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM, PSM), or SAFe certification preferred

  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, accruals, purchase requisitions, and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, change control, architecture review, security, and audit requirements
  • Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs to business leaders and IT architects
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery standards and templates
