Job summary

Expert Network in San Francisco is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee software development initiatives for international clients. You will guide projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring scope, budgets, and timelines are aligned with business goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PM within software environments, strong leadership and communication, and familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in project management within software development environments.
Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Project Management Certification (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent) is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management tools.
Fluency in English and Romanian.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a helicopter view of milestones, budgets vs estimates, risks, and other aspects for fixed-scope projects/MVPs.
Trigger and track project technical assessments based on a calendar agreed with teams.
Monitor and improve team health metrics such as DevOps KPIs and cohesion.
Organize capacity and plan cross-disciplinary project needs and future workloads.
Administer resources to anticipate, plan and follow-up (e.g., bench management).
Coordinate information from cross-discipline meetings and ensure accountability at all levels.
