Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead software initiatives in California. You will apply Agile methodologies and Scrum practices to drive execution, remove impediments, and ensure alignment with business goals for complex projects.

You will guide cross-functional teams, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and coach teams on best practices in planning, estimation, and delivery to achieve on-time outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience with Scrum techniques and artifacts, including Definition of Done, user stories, backlog refinement, and automated testing practices.
• 5+ years of experience working with Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Outstanding organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
