Job summary

Kforce Inc is seeking an IT Project Manager in Tempe, AZ to lead enterprise software implementations. You will develop detailed plans, track timelines and budgets, and ensure delivery meets requirements. You will bridge technical teams with non-technical stakeholders and produce executive dashboards and reports.

Candidates should have 6+ years of PM experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira and Microsoft Project, across Agile/Waterfall lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing project plans for enterprise software implementations.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira including creation, tracking and reporting of tasks.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies: Agile, Iterative, Waterfall.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project for large, multi-year projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules and milestones.
• Track progress against timelines and budgets; adjust as needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet functional and technical requirements and quality standards.
• Act as bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and status updates for executives.
• Establish metrics for velocity, code quality, testing coverage and uptime.
• Oversee end-to-end SDLC: requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance.
• Coordinate with QA, DevSecOps and product management for smooth releases.
