Job summary

CSS Staffing is seeking an IT Project Manager/Scrum Master in Lincoln for hybrid work with a transition to onsite. You will plan, direct and coordinate project management activities, ensuring milestones, scope and budgets are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in project management, experience with Agile SDLC, and excellence in communication. You will mentor teams, prepare project reports, and ensure governance and quality throughout the project

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Computer Science/Software Development/Project Management (or equivalent) with minimum 5+ years PM experience.
Experience managing projects/software development using Agile SDLC.
Proven working experience in project management and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Plan, direct and coordinate project management activities to meet scope, schedule and budget.
Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines and monitor progress.
Prepare reports for project portfolio and upper management on status and risks.
Lead and direct the work of project teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
Coordinate communications, change control, quality and risk management efforts.
